This Legal Notice fulfils the duty of information set out in Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI-CE"), as well as related consumer-protection legislation. It applies to anyone who accesses or uses the website pdftoxlsx.com.

The Provider operates a web-based service that converts bank statement PDF files into structured Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheets. The service is provided through subscription plans as detailed at pdftoxlsx.com/pricing.

Use of the service is governed by our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All contents on www.pdftoxlsx.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, source code and documentation — are owned by the Provider or its licensors and are protected by Spanish and EU intellectual-property law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written authorisation from the Provider is prohibited, save for personal, non-commercial use that is functionally necessary to use the service.

5. Liability

The Provider takes reasonable care that the contents of the website are accurate and up to date. However, the service is provided "as is" in line with our Terms. The Provider is not liable for damages arising from (i) the unavailability of the website due to causes beyond its control, (ii) inaccuracies in user-provided PDFs, or (iii) the user's decisions made on the basis of the converted output without independent verification.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from access to or use of the website shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the rights of consumers under Spanish and EU law to bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile.

7. Online dispute resolution (consumers)

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers in the EU may submit complaints through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before filing, please contact us at hello@pdftoxlsx.com — we resolve most issues directly.
